ALIVE AFTER FIVE

We
invite you to join us in beautiful downtown
Sanford for the biggest monthly street party
in Central Florida. We start the party at
5:00pm and it lasts until 8:30pm, always on
the second Thursday of the month. Thousands
come out to savor the samples of food and
beverage that are included in the $5.00 admission
charge.

The
Seminole
County Sheriff's Office will present free
information that every parent, grandparent,
aunt and uncle should hear. Gangs, substance
abuse, and bullying are some of the hazards
our kids face everyday.
Come and learn how you can protect and prepare
your kids, as well as identify the problems
and risky behaviors that may threaten their
future.
The will be a free continental breakfast starting
at 8:15am. The main event begins at 9:15am
and will be held on Sunday June 28, 2009 at
Central Baptist Church, located at 3101
West SR 46, Sanford, FL (Click here for a
map). Admission is free for everyone.

If you have to drive in a flooded area take
care. Do not attempt to drive
through water if you are unsure of the depth.
Two
gas company servicemen, a senior training
supervisor and a young trainee were
out checking meters in a suburban neighborhood.
They parked their truck at the end of
the alley and worked their way to the
other end. At the last house a woman
looking out her kitchen window watched
as they checked her meter.
