As
most of you know, we are a AAA
Approved Auto Repair shop.
This program was developed in 1975 to assist
the motoring public with locating quality
repair shops. Our shop had to pass a very
stringent review process before we could get
the AAA
seal.
With
each invoice, we include a short survey card
created by AAA.
Our customers complete these survey cards
and mail them back to AAA
headquarters for processing. AAA
summarizes the results and keeps us updated
on how we are doing with status reports. Each
time we get a new report, we post it on our
homepage for everyone to see because we are
proud of the results. Click
