25TH ANNUAL CAR SHOW
This year's car show will be on Saturday November
8, 2008 and will be held at the Seminole County
Historical Museum at 300 Bush Blvd. Sanford,
Fl. across from the famous Flea World on 17-92.
Registration is from 8AM-11AM
show from 9AM-4PM, 17 classes of street rods,
stock and modified cars & trucks. The
first 100 vehicles will get a dash plaque
and goody bag filled with a lot of great items.

After Five in downtown Sanford.
This month's theme is "Oktoberfest"
Come by and enjoy live music, art and fun.
The Alive After
Five event allows visitors
to enjoy a taste food, drinks and live entertainers
on the second Thursday of every month. A small
fee of $5 allows you to sample food and beverages
at all of the different spots. The event is
from 5-8 PM on 1st Street & Palmetto Avenue,

This year's car show will be held on Saturday,
December 13th, 2008 at 408
Tucker Drive, Sanford, FL 32773. For more

Over a dozen classes of street rods, classic
rods, muscle cars, sport cars and trucks will
be on display.
The first 100 cars receive a Dash Plaque and
a Goody Bag. Plus there are dozens of great
door prizes for all those who display cars.
Registration starts at 8:00am, Judging starts
at NOON, Awards presented at 3:00pm
Vehicle registration is $10.00 prior to the
show and $15.00 the day of the show.

Sanford's own Stone's Throw Bistro

Sanford
has a new restaurant. The name is Stone's
Throw Bistro and it is located in downtown
Sanford on Magnolia Square. The menu represents
food from all over the world at moderate prices.
Also, the menu will change seasonally. Lunch
at Stone’s Throw Bistro will cost between
$5 and $10, with dinner costing between $14
and $22. Their appetizers range from $6 to
$10.
